Text around a circle or curve

How can I make text flow around a circle or curve I have an image and I want the text to follow the contour of the image.

I have iWorks '08, and Photoshop Elements 6.

You can do this using Photoshop. First open or create the shape you are after. Next select the 'Pen Tool' make sure you choose 'Path' rather than shape layers from the tools menu at the top.
Using the pen tool, draw around the contour of your shape where you want to add text.
Now choose the 'Text Tool' and add the text to the path you just created with the pen tool.
