U.F.O. for iMac

Thinking about getting one of these. The price is a little steep but I could get my parents to get it for me. What do you guys think? Anyone have it or know anyone who does?

I've seen that before. It basically adds firewire/usb ports to your machine.... I will have to take a look at what else it adds. If it adds an audio input, I would say DEFINTELY go for it. I can't believe Apple didn't put an audio input on these iMacs... Only thing so far, that I can see, is missing.

Looks very nice indeed. But, only get it if you neeeeed it.

It doesn't add audio inputs... But it does other cool stuff, like glowing, and cable storage....

i was looking at that when it was called the iRise. i got a USB hub and a firewire hub and iMic. its not as cool looking, but it does the job.... i think there should have been a different output than the small VGA they have. they should have used the iBook output so you have hook up to a TV or projector.

Like Muso said only if it meets your needs. I myself only need the iMic since I am connecting it to a powerbook.
