How do I get a movie avatar like D3v1L80Y

Hi,
I found someone with a moving avatar and I want one.
How do I get one?

It's most likely an animated .gif

Google it.

But please, keep it subtle. If it's garish, you will likely annoy more people than impress them.

Since the last VBulliten upgrade,animated avatars are blocked by the board software and it won't allow them to upload.

Animated signatures are also blocked by the software if you would attempt to upload one.

If someone had an animated avatar prior to this (mine for example) then it wouldn't have been affected, however if they changed their avatar they would lose the animated one and not be able to upload a new one.

How would I get one then?

Maybe once you've been here 5 years you might get to have one.

Then again, maybe not.
