How do I print in gray scale with HP Photosmart C4480 using mac os 10.5?

Your Mac's Specs
15in MBP 2.5GHz Core2Duo | 1.83Ghz Dual G5 PowerMac | 2.0 GHz Dual G5 PowerMac
I'm not sure how the HPs work, but i know with my Canon, all you have to do is select black and white printing, the same as grayscale, and go from there. But you have to install the drivers and software that came with the printer.
