if you use a mighty mouse, go into

system prefs, keyboard and mouse, mouse,
change the bit pointing to the right of the mouse to secondary button.

voila. right click.

I love my new Macbook Pro. I *rarely* have to "click" anything. This finger gesturing has to be one of the best things ever!
