I have installed windows XP via bootcamp and used the OSX disc to install all the drivers. Everything seems to work, however when i go into the audio settings the only audio in i can choose is a realtek HD audio there seems to be no option to use the built in mic, i tried testing it with the two options available to see if one was the renamed built in mic but no sound is detected. Has any else had a similar problem?

I done a search but never got much back, just people asking similar questions but no real answers!

Cheers

Since the original thread was posted well over 2 years ago.
I can confirm a Windows7 sp1 x86 install via Bootcamp using OSX Snow Leopard was successful, and the external USB Logitech microphone is no longer required. Lets now hope any new Apple updates wont ruin that connection going forward :)
