Another n00b question

How do you set you default browser and mail to something other than safari and mac mail?

open safari, click Safari>preferences, in the general tab, change the default browser to what you want. then in mail, click Mail>preferences>in the general tab, it says"default mail reader", just change it to what you want.

For the browser: Start the Safari application then choose perferences under the Safari drop down menu. Under the General button. You will see Default Web Browser. Select the what ever browser you want.

Not sure what to do about the mail.
