Some noob questions about upgrading to 4GB of RAM:

1. Where should I order from in Canada? Newegg.ca is $91 for 4GB.
2. Is CanadaRam a reliable source?
3. Will upgrading RAM void my warranty??

Thanks!

Crucial in Canada is also a good place to order memory from: Link

Installing memory will not void your warranty. Of course if you mess something up while installing the memory, the repair is on you.

Regards.

Well according to his profile it's a MacBook 2.1 GHz, which uses DDR2-667.

2x2 GB from NewEgg.ca is under $50: Newegg.ca - Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory - Laptop Memory

Of course, shipping pushes that up another $10-$12 but I'm not sure where you're getting $91 unless you are ordering the wrong kind (DDR3 perhaps?) or you're buying some high-end stuff (which won't help you at all).
