UK Sky+ to powerbook

I've want to tfr something from the hard disk in my UK Sky+ box onto my G4 powerbook. I just want to capture a couple of frames and maybe burn them to a DVD using Toast.

Can I use the S-Video connection? Something else? Or do I need to put something in between? Any advice gratefully received.
