So I bought a Power Mac G4... (finances are tight!) and I previously had a G4 cube that crashed... so I assumed, of course incorrectly, that the monitors would be interchangeable... turns out not.

Can I get an adapter? Do I have to get a Power Mac G4 monitor to be able to use it... I am not good at this stuff at all, and I really do not have the cash to be spending all over the place... so the more frugal responses, the better!

Thanks in advance everyone!

G'day and welcome to the forum Amanda.

Sounds like your problem is the graphics card connector. Mose cube cards use ADC cards and do you have an ADC (Apple Direct Connect) display or DVI?
