Switching Music from old Ipod to New

So I upgraded from the 1st G iPod touch to the 2nd G, but I'm having problems moving all my old apps, songs, and photos onto my new one. I didn't upload any of this stuff from my current computer so the only place I have it stored is on my old ipod. Any suggestions?
