Anyone got a UK/Europe phone number to chase up a slow/non-delivery?

My order was shipped on 30/12/2008 and still has not been delivered.

Way... way too many specs to list.
so, 18 days ago roughly? As I recall it took over a fortnight to have one delivered in the US.

Still no sign of any delivery, they usually would have delivered long before now!
