Is it possible to minimize a game?

Title says it all. Like the alt+tab function in windows.

You can use Spaces or Expose to change to another application or whatever you want to use. I have done this in a game while I was playing it.

which game are you playing ? When I play WoW, I use cmd+M to window it, then cmd+H to minimize it

God, same here ... i don't understand why cmd+tab doesn't work in WoW

cmd tab has the same function as alt tab btw

Also in Spore hit cmd Q to quit it will minimize the game and pop up a notification saying it needs to be quit from in the game. Before you hit ok do what you need to do, when you want to go back to your game just hit ok on the pop up. found this out on accident

worry, can't help you with WoW. then again, I never really was in a position where I had to quickly minimize a window

The way to minimize WoW was covered in a post before mine
