Remap of keys

I remember when i previously had a map I got an app that allowed me to remap my keys can any one advise what would do this.

All i am after is changing the Left CTRL on my standard PC keyboard to the Apple/Windows key so I can to CTRL and copy and change the @ sign back to the " key

Just a bog standard IBM compatible windows keyboard

There used to be a couple keyboard remapping tools out there, but neither have been updated in some time are apparently are not Leopard-compatible. Unfortunately, I believe yer out of luck on this one.

Yep, I asked the same thing and found an app but it's not 10.5 compatible
