So about an hour ago I upgraded the RAM on my MBW from 1 to 4 gig (WOW its fast btw)

It feels like it is getting rather hot now especially on the underside over by where the charger plugs in... is this normal/ a point of concern?

Cheers

Thanks again for all the help so far... been doing wonders 4 me

Download the very handy widget iStatPro to keep an eye on temperatures.

The MacBook does get warm on the underside where the charger plugs in. A notebook stand is nice to have to help keep the machine cool. I recommend and use the Griffin Elevator. Well worth the $39.99 it costs.

Regards.

Notebooks get hot - there's nothing to worry about. Download iStat by all means, but that just tends to make people worry unnecessarily in my opinion.
