can you connect an lcd monitor to the ibook. if so, how hard is it?

yeah. its brand new. i just got it. so any brand new LCD monitor will work.
"or iBook to an extra VGA monitor" i basically wanna know if new monitors are VGA?
talk about newbie!!

Yes, most LCD's are available with VGA inputs. The most obvious exception, however, is Apple's own Cinema displays which cannot be connected to an iBook.
