Where do you buy xp v2?

Need to run a VM using VirtualBox. Planned on running XP SP2 but cannot find it anywhere to purchase. I really don't want to run Vista. I do have XP disk but no license for it oh well... my VAR left it the laptop he blewup. Value added for him not me!!!!!!

Frys have it really cheap. Dont know if you have one in your area.
