Just got an old ibook...Please help!!

Please i really need help i am going to school online and need this to semi work good.
i just got an old ibook g3 from 2002.i dont know much more then that about it.
the internet was working but i updated it and now its not.but when it was it was very slow,is there a way to upgrade this?im not technical in the least bit.any help would work
i would love to restore it completely so its like when it was bought but i have no disks! please help!!

If it is really a 2002 model it was running OS9.2 ~ OSX10.1 when new and can run Tiger OSX 10.4.11 but nothing newer.

It has Firewire 400 and USB2 and built in modem but a very small HD. Tray loading Combo drive so can read & Write CDs & Read DVDs but not burn them.
