Bootcamp keyboard windows issue

Ive gone through the bootcamp setup to the point where my system reboots into the windows setup screen, when given the option to hit enter to install windows, r to repair, or f3 to exit.. I can't select anything, my keyboard will not work at all. Any ideas?

Ive tried calling tech support, they told me to try a different usb keyboard which i have tried, and didn't work.

Need more info. What kind of a machine are you trying to install Windows on?

Also, make sure the version of Windows you're trying to install is one that is approved for Boot Camp use. Read the Boot Camp instructions:

just unplug the mouse it will work!!

just unplug the usb mouse and it may work ..
