Getting Cleardock App to Work

Again, you're not being very clear with your question. What is it about the DOCK that you're having difficulties with? What are you trying to do?

cleardock is a program that takes away the background from the dock making it appear as if the applications are floating, turns out its not compatible with the latest OS

What version of OSX are you running? If you look at Unsanity's home page, it tells you that Cleardock is not compatible with 10.5.
