A couple of times in the last week I have not been able to connect to the internet. In the menu bar, at the top of the screen, I will see the airport icon, but instead of the signal bars, there is the outline of a triangle. When I click and hold on it, it says "airport not installed".
To fix it, I have repaired the disk permissions, shut down and restarted. I don't know if it fixed anything, but it's working now.
What does this mean? Is my card on it's way out? Is there a way to diagnose this since right now it's working? I have apple care. If the card is dying, will it be covered? The computer is less than a year old.
