MacBook Pro or IMac?

As a junior in a graphic design program at a vocational high school I am in need of my own computer. I'm stuck between a MacBook Pro 2.5GHz 2GB, 250GB and a iMac 2.66GHz 2GB, 320GB. Any idea of what would be better for me?

I'd say a Macbook Pro for you, since I imagine that you will be traveling from place to place with all the school-related stuff. I'm pretty sure you'd like some mobility with your works, so Macbook Pro it is.

Since your a junior college is probably not too far into the future. Let me tell you how convenient it is to have a notebook in college. I think the MBP is the way to go.

definately if you need the mobility go for the book but if you ar enot going to take it to school then definately go for the imac, nice beautful big screen, and a lot more processing power for the money
