Okay, I've tried to install programs before, and I am asked to provide my name, organization, and serial number. SO, I checked the guide, and found my serial number, and so I entered it, here's the kicker though; it won't let me continue. I have typed it in, and even copy and pasted it, but it will not let me click the "Continue" button. What is with this? How do I continue, and am I giving the correct number? How many characters long should the Serial Number be?

First, relax, it's been 5min between your posts.

When your asked for a 'Serial' number when installing Software, it is referring to the serial number or registration code that came with the software.

Your serial number for you Mac will simply not work.

No, that doesn't work either. It's in reference to the administrator access.

Is it asking you for a serial number or for your administrator password?

Yes, your post(s) don't make any sense.

Your Admin password is what ever you created when you first setup your Mac.
