- Mini Mac with non Intel processor and OS X
I'm a recent switcher and very inexperienced with the Mac
My Mini Mac OS X suddenly displayed only the top half of the screen when browsing using Google. The bottom half of the screen continued to show the previous image. Everything else seemed to be working normally. Changing screen resolution had no effect on the problem.
I shut down the machine using the approved method - not just unplugging it. It will not shut down, showing my normal screen saver and the perpetually spinning carousel. The keyboard (blue tooth) is inoperative.
What did I do and what do I do now?
