Wireless router auto connect - Newbie

Hi,

Just made the switch to iMac 2.8Ghz 24". I'm having trouble setting the iMac to automatically connect to my wireless router (NetGear). I've set it as the preffered network to choose but when I boot the iMac it never automatically connects. I have to select it from the list and enter my system-admin passworkd all the time.....pain this is.

Any ideas?

On the screen that lists your preferred networks...

Uncheck - Require Administrator password
