Can I use songs from Windows (napster) on my Mac?

I have about 50 songs on my pc that I am having trouble loading on my new Mac. They are protected WMA files that Itunes evidently can convert. Is there any other way to import them into Itunes? I have already burned CDs of these songs on my PC. Will I have to repurchase them from Itunes? My mp3 is not an Ipod, but is a Samsung. Will Itunes load to a Samsung,or should I get an Ipod?
