If i use my Mac Discs to add the apps i deleted will i loose all my apps? cause its asking for all the info for when i first got my mac!

Sounds to me like you are trying to re-install OS X. If so, heed those warnings since the wrong choice can overwrite you personal files.

I thought there is a restore function but I haven't used it.

For re-installing individual applications, some have tried Pacifist.
