When I want to open a website that has Java, it says "please ensure that Java can connect to its servers on port 43594.

I checked my firewall and I ticked the 'allow all incoming connections'. I tried firefox, but the same message appeared. I have bootcamp installed, but my IE has the same message even I turned windows firewall off.

I want to know how to open port 43594. Do I need a program or something?

Assuming they mean port 43594 on the server, there's nothing you need to do.

By default the firewall is configured to block incoming connections, but allow all outgoing connections. Therefore there's nothing preventing you from connecting to any port number on the server.

Something else is at play.
