I'm making an apple game for a project and wondering if I'd be able to use i theme with my game, calling it iKnockout for a boxing game, is that usable without copy right?

Sure, nobody can "own" a letter :)

The only potential problem is that if the use of the i is to insinuate that the product is made or endorsed by Apple.

Maybe you could come up with a more interesting name than 'iKnockout' though?

@Aptmunich: Hahahahahha.....that's awesome. :)

And yeah, I don't think you can copyright a letter. Though if you could, I suspect Apple would have figured out how to by now.

They would copyright the whole alphabet, and add a letter.

Is there any possibility that they could copy-write the lower case i in front of a word as it pertains to computer software? But if we can copy-write letters I call R S T L N E.

Wow my dyslexia must be kicking in over time. I thought the R S T L N E was R. L. Stine, the guy that wrote the Goosebumps series. >_<""

If the "i" was copyrighted then you see the C with the circle after it which would be this ©.
