Hey all, was wondering:
1. if my girlfriend used her university discount to purchase me a macbook, would i run in to issues later if i needed to take it back myself for faults etc.
2. can i buy applecare later seperately to give me my own warrenty to cover faults so even if she did buy it, i would be able to take it back myself wiht my applecare certificate or whatever it gives me.



EDIT: also, how long would you say it is until the manufacturing kinks would be ironed out in the new macbooks? will i have to wait for the next revision or does it start to happen once this stock is gone?
