Are my discs supposed to be so hot when they are ejected from the dvd drive?

In fact, there's an awful lot of heat at the top of the unit!

Heat escapes from the top of the unit and it is normal for discs to be pretty warm when they are ejected

I want a powermac and I want a widescreed LCD HDTV. I can not have both, so to solve the problem. I get the TV and an iMac. Then all will be okay, in the rman household. :)
