Slow Wireless Internet - Possible Fix

I found this online in my RSS feeds today and thought I would share it. I can not comment if it truely works or not, as I have never been plagued by the low wireless speeds that I see posted all the time.

Giving it a try now as my new router (BT HomeHub) has been slow connecting to the Airport cards lately in our iBooks, found out it was set on Channel 1.
