As far as im aware, one of the thing apple haven't included in garageband is the ability to EXPORT Midi. You can import it however...
If you have completely finished editing the version on garageband and just want to add extra bits to it using Sonar, you can export the project in garageband out as an MP3 but by doing that you remove the ability to edit individual parts of the song.
