iBook to Windows folder sync?

Hey guys... just bought an iBook and would like to be able to sync folders between the iBook and PC. In a way that the folders automatically update any changes if they are seen.

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.
I am not quite sure if that can be done, uless you change settings on the pc.
