I have been thinking about getting a wireless mighty mouse for my Macbook, but after reading a lot of the reviews I am a little apprehensive. There were a lot of reviews that said the scroll ball got gummed up very easily, and that the battery life was horrible. Any suggestions?

i have a wired mighty mouse and i will vouch for the scroll ball being lame, but it literally takes 15sec to fix, so its not that bad but it is a bit of a nuisance.

Have used a wireless MM with not one problem, other than replacing lithium batteries, in two years. Batteries last about 2 months depending an brand. Energizer Lithium the best and under no corcumstances use rechargeables.
