hi guys i am thinking about spending some time putting gps in my macbook pro but i do not want a dongle sticking out so is there any way to do it internally?

i have taken the macbook pro apart before done hard drive upgrades and stuff so know my way around it and am happy to take a risk doing an install like this

The GPS units I've seen for notebook computers are external. USB, etc. Unless it's specifically something that's built into the machine by the manufacturer, I wouldn't attempt to do it myself.

I've seen machines with built in GPS, here's one:

The World’s Fastest Notebook Computer: Quad-Core Black Hawk XR5

I'm sure the government also has them for field work. $$$

Regards.
