forty two.

Hahaha.

On a more serious note, I don't think there is any meaning to life, I think it is a pointless struggle though a world of crap, with no end in sight until the release of death - and the fear of what comes after. That's all we're really fighting against and living because of, fear of dying. Anyone who says they aren't scared of death is lying in my book.

At least, I know that's why I'm sitting here today - I'm just too scared to take the emergency exit.

whoever dies with the most toys, still dies!

I've certainly had a few rough years.... in time things get better... then get worse again. Life's ups and downs.

The meaning of life.

Is to exist for the reason we do so. Anything else is just baggage.

For me, its to learn as much as I possibly can while I am here.

But, as others have said, the answer is clearly 42.

My belief is that we all existed in spirit form before we came to this earth and that we came here to 1) Obtain a body and 2) Be tried and tested with the eventual aim of returning to our Eternal Father.

To be semi-serious here, and trying to refrain myself from quoting Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy again, I can give you a weird off the wall quote someone I know gave me a while back.

"People spend their whole lives trying to find meaning in their existence. Fortunately for them, they end up dying in the process. Once you find the meaning of existence, existence has no meaning."

It wasn't my choice to be born, I didn't ask to be born. I have no meaning of life but .... I am the meaning of life for my mum.

I agree, there is no mea42ning.
we're all just small parts of one massive and very interesting reaction.
keep this in mind though:

"whatever you want to do in life, whatever maybe your goal,
keep your eye upon the donut, and not upon the hole"

The 'meaning of life' is what you choose to make it, once you're old enough to decide.

do you really think so?
evolution, if neanderthals could think and talk, would they have asked the same question?
If they did ask the question, surely the answer would be same for us as for them?
