Hi, I have 12" Ibook G4 and it has developed a problem on bootup. It has no hard drive in at the moment, but when I boot, the screen shows the folder (due to it not finding the OS), but the screen is dark. I have replaced the inverter cable, and inverter, and tried a replacement screen.
When booting it does flash white 3 times and then stays dark after that with the image in the background, so I think this shows the inverter is in fact ok.
Any help would be REALLY appreciated!
