I bought an external webcam for my iBook. For some reason iChat won't recognize it being there. Any ideas?

What brand of camera, and have you installed the latest version of macam - 0.9.2? One other thing I notice with my Logitech Quickcam Go is that I must have the camera's USB plug in before I kick Skype (for example) into life, otherwise it doesn't work.

Yeah I have macam 0.9.2 and it's a logitech. The problem is on iChat it says "No camera attached." and I can't even search for one...
