Spotlight => Not!

I thought that Spotlight would find just about anything. I tried to find a file named "ad blank9-1.pdf". It never got listed even though I know it exists. I did find it be bring up Documents.

What am I missing about using Spotlight?

Go to System Preferences, Personal, Spotlight.
Spotlight settings can be found here... Set them as you see fit - and all should work well.
