I have run Boot Camp since January. Yesterday, I rebooted from windows with right-klicking on the taskbar (below to the right in XP) "reboot with OSX". Since then, I am unable to reboot to Windows, but the partition exists on the desktop. On rebooting, I used to be able to choose operating system pressing alt, not anymore. I can´t choose startup disk Windows in system preferances either. Any suggestions?

Something may have damaged the Windows Boot Sector or one of its boot files. What format are you using for the Windows partition? If FAT-32 it may be possible to do some manual editing and repairing especially if the "boot.ini" file is damaged. If NTFS, you can only read the files not write to them.

You may wind up having to boot to Windows using your original Windows disk and do a repair. As long as the partition is intact and there are no other disk errors, you should be able to repair the Windows installation.

Regards.
