Itunes Question... Quick fix?

I have a library full of songs. (about 40GB). I was wondering if there was an easy way to scan my albums and add the appropriate YEAR to each track in an album.

and if at all.

add the right TRACK NUMBER and order themselves correctly.

if you offer one of Doug's apple scripts please post a link.
