Remove the "click the lock"

How can i remove the option "click the lock to customize" ?
It is really anoying .

I don't wanna fill in any passwords

I tried that but he asks for a password to complete but my account doesn't have a password , and if i fill nothing in he is it's the wrong password,
(i'm the only user )

I think he's just using Enter. I have a combination with one of my passwords just being nothing, like OP's... I just use Enter for that password.

I just press enter but it says :
sorry you entered an invalid username or password.
