I am sort of new to Mac, and I had a question regarding Bootcamp. Can I lock or prevent someone from booting into windows with bootcamp from within the Mac OS?

Thanks

I don't believe you can keep someone from booting to Windows once they're in OS X. Protect the machine from booting to OS X by assigning a log on user name and password. You should do that anyway. You should also assign a log on name and password to get into Windows. Do not use auto log on for either OS X or Windows.

The most secure way to protect your Mac is with a Firmware password. Read this Apple knowledge base article:

Regards.
