superdrive question

im sure this has been asked before, so i apologize in advance. What is the difference between a superdrive and a combo drive? I just havent gotten an answer in plain english.

Superdrive burns and reads DVD/RW and CD-R. Combo drive only reads DVDs and burns CDR. In other words (do we have enough words?) Superdrive allows you to make DVD and CDs, while combo drive only allows you to make CDs while reading DVD.

Simple? No. We live in a complex world here in The Future.
