I recently bought a Sony DCR-DVD110E. :D

Unfortunately, although I can play the discs on my eMac, I don't seem to be able to upload from the disc to my eMac, so I can't edit or make mini movies for e.g. YouTube. :[ :Confused:

If it is not possible to do so with this Sony Handycam, can anyone recommend a good DVD for the job? :Confused:

P.S. I notice that this DVD has a Memory Stick facility. Is it possible to transfer movie material from this onto my iMovie?

You might try using Streamclip to convert the file to an appropriate format.
