Newb question about video card......

Ok so I am looking to get a Mac and was going to do some video streaming from sites like ABC (Tv) and such and was wondering if I would notice a big step up from the 128mb ATI HD 2400 video card to the 256mb ATI HD 2600 PRO.... I would be streaming HD from the sites to catch up on old shows. Sorry if asked before or the wrong area to post. Just looking for some help.
