neR problem. My daughter just got an iPod shuffle. When hooked into her iTunes, it appears as a device as it should in the menu, however, when you click on the little iPod shuffle icon instead of seeing the songs in it's library, space being used etc. in the right window, it just says: "iTunes Store" with nothing to click to move on whatsoever. any ideas?
