Urgent privacy problem help! (please)

Hi so i have a mac OS X 10.4 and i was wondering if this sounds like a virus?

sometimes when i go to gmail.com and i fill inf my username and password and click log in, gmail just blanks the refils (refreshes the page?)

to me this sounds like a torjan, as ive heard of trojans making replicants of sites to retrieve passwords...?

If you are typing the gmail address yourself you should be fine. If you are clicking on a link in an email then you may have a problem.

naw im just logging in. yeah i know but i recentley read of a trojan that made replicants of sites that collect ur password

There are no OS X trojans.

It sounds like a bug to me. Does it do it in both Safari and Firefox?
