Connect your Mac to your wireless network.

In Finder, select Go-->Connect To Server

Enter the IP of your PC with your music on it.

Enter your username and password used on the PC.

Copy your music over to your Mac.

You must, of course, share the folder on the PC, which you do by right-clicking on the folder and selecting "sharing" and enabling it.

It's even easier if you select "copy files to iTunes folder when importing" in the iTunes preferences. Then all you have to do is "add to library" and pick your shared folder.

Just note on a wireless network (depending on the speed of your wireless) can take a very long time. 50 GBs of data for example could take 10 hours to transfer, depending on the WiFi cards and your network strength.

The most efficient way to do it would be some kind of mass storage device. Its the most stable and you won't have to worry about network permissions at all.
